Welcome to the 5 Gears to Video Mastery video review scorecard.

5 Gears to Video Mastery
Includes the following steps and requirements:
1st Gear: The Introduction - The Technician included their Name, Title, Certification, and Brand with a view of the license plate at the beginning or just after the beginning, in the video.
2nd Gear: The Initial Concern - The Technician provided the main customer concern first with an update if available.
3rd Gear: The MPI - The Technician reviewed the complimentary safety inspection and including tire and brake measurements, cabin filters and battery readouts, if applicable, and corresponding tools to educate.
4th Gear: The Value Strategy - The Technician included the concern, solution, benefit and/or the risk during the initial concern and MPI review.
5th Gear: The Podium Finish - The Technician set expectations and included the service advisor and provided a genuine thank you.
The Circuit Set-up: The Technician's camera movement was even and steady, voice volume was loud enough for the customer to hear, tone was upbeat and pace was steady.
Directions for Completing a Video Review Scorecard
- Prior to completing the review, ensure you have the Technician's first and last name, email, repair order #, corresponding video, dealership, manager's name, and pen/paper to take notes.
- Click the button "Complete Scorecard" to begin the video review process.
- Watch the video and simultaneously, complete each question corresponding to the associated gear in The Video Circuit.
- Enter the information required by each question in the scorecard. Click "next" to move to the following question. Click "back" to edit a previous question.
- Upon completion, scorecard responses will be sent to the technician, their manager (if agreed) and to Jacqueline for their review.
